HOW TO ORDER
Welcome to Vie Active! To purchase a product on our site, simply click on the item you wish to buy, select the size and colour desired and click 'add to bag'. You can then go back and to continue shopping or click 'Buy Now' to completed your online order. Please note, you will need your credit card details handy - including your billing address - to finalise your order.
CAN I CHANGE / CANCEL MY ORDER
Of course! You can edit your Shopping Bag at any stage during your online shopping experience by simply removing the item from 'My Bag'. Once your order has been finalised however, it is not possible for you to change or cancel your order prior to dispatch. The order will be automatically sent to the delivery address. Please refer to Returns & Exchanges section if you need to return your item.
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE I AM
We suggest that you take a look at the product measurements included online for each specific item to get the most accurate idea of what size will be right for you. We have sizes from XXS for teeny-tiny ladies who are after a tighter fit, up to a size L for a looser fit.
HOW DO I APPLY DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS DURING CHECKOUT
We get this question quite a bit, so thought we would run you through it here! When finalising your order you will be prompted for your Credit Card Details and Shipping Information. You will also have the option to enter a discount code or gift certificate during the checkout process. Discount codes can be a combination of letters and/or numbers and are case-sensitive.
WHAT DO I DO IF THE ITEM I AM LOOKING FOR IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE ONLINE
Unfortunately due to popular demand some items do sell out quickly online - if you see something online that you have to have, be sure to snap it up quickly! If you do happen to miss out, be sure to email us and we will pop you on the wait-list, that way we can notify you as soon as we get a shipment of new stock in.

Your security while shopping with Vie Active is extremely important to us! We have taken all reasonable measures to ensure that your credit card and personal details are kept safe at all times. HOW MUCH WILL POSTAGE COST
Vie Active is a small growing business - we do our very best to get our clothes out to our customers as quickly & affordably as possible so you can start living an active life right away! From time to time we do offer promotions, including free delivery. Currently our standard rate for all US domestic orders shipped is $10 and our international flat rate is $35. This may be subject to change depending on special delivery zones and requirements.
HOW DO THE ORDERS COME PACKAGED
All orders placed come complete with a free waterproof Vie Active bag - now you will have somewhere to throw all your non-merino sweaty gear post-workout so you can go on with your day in style!
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - TAXES & DUTIES
It is important to be aware that Custom policies vary from Country to Country, with this in mind you may be subject to overseas custom duties and/or other taxes. If such costs do occur, they are payable by the recipient. To minimise any surprises please be sure to check with your local customs office for further information prior to finalising your purchase.

Which courier company do you use?
Vie Active uses UPS and FedEX for most domestic shipments and use couriers such as UPS, FedEx APC, and DHL for international orders.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE
For all domestic deliveries you can expect to receive your order within 3-10 working days (from time of order) depending on where you are located. For all international orders you should receive your order within 10-14 days (from time of order). We also offer Express Shipping for customers at an additional charge.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Vie Active, we always want you to be delighted with your purchases! We understand that sometimes with online shopping you may want to return an item as you realise it is not suitable when it arrives. If this should ever occur, feel free to shoot us an email at email@example.com, we are always very happy to help you in choosing another item for exchange.
We also offer a refund on any full-priced items purchased - they must be returned in perfect condition (unworn, unwashed, with original tags still attached) and received within 14 days of receipt of order. Proof of purchase is required for all returns and shipping costs must be covered by the customer. Unfortunately we are unable to refund the initial postage costs on all domestic or international orders.
All returns and exchanges require an RA # - this is provided by Vie Active. All items should be mailed back to the nearest warehouse (US or Australia) must include a Returns Authorization (RA) form and an RA#, along with the goods being returned. This can be obtained by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please allow 1-2 working days for a response. See further details about how to return items below.

There are strictly no exchanges or refunds on Sale items or Vie Active accessories.
HOW DO I RETURNS GOODS FOR A REFUND
If you wish to return a purchase for refund please email email@example.com. In the email please forward / attach a copy of your purchase receipt and indicate the reason for your return. You will then be sent a Returns Authorisation (RA) number and can arrange to return the item. Please ensure that the RA form is included in the return package. Please click here to download the Returns Authorization form. A refund will be made to you by crediting your account via your original method of payment, excluding delivery costs.
HOW DO I RETURNS GOODS FOR AN EXCHANGE
If you wish to return a purchase for exchange please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Items can only be exchanged for an alternate size or colour of the original style purchased. (This does not include Sale items.)
Should you wish to exchange the item for an alternative size or colour please advise of the same when you email email@example.com. All postage costs will need to be covered by the customer.
Should stock no longer be available for exchange (colour or size), a refund will be made to you by crediting your account via your original method of payment, excluding delivery costs.
