How to get Victoria Secret Abs

Admit it at least once you have wondered “how do the Victoria’s Secret models get those rock hard abs yet still seemingly infinitely feminine?!” We have for you a quick ab burner to get you and your abs up to speed for the holidays or your next beach vacay. I wish we could say that this is all it takes but unfortunately we don’t have multiple trainers or nutritionists on a 24/7 basis. Give this ab blaster a-go and gain a little more respect for the core blast these gals put themselves through to get that covetable six-pack.  Do each exercise for one minute!

Straight leg raise  

Lay on your back hands next to your side palms down. Raise your legs straight above your hips flex your feet. Keeping your legs straight drop them to your 45 degree angle slowly bring them back up. Repeat.

Mountain climber 24 reps (12 per side)

Place your hand directly below your shoulders in a plank position. Bring your right knee towards your chest left leg should stay extended with toes tucked. Switch side and repeat.

Toes taps 20 total

Raise your legs directly over your hips. Flex your toes towards your face. Reach your fingers towards your toes bringing your shoulders off the ground.

Plank

Place your elbows directly below your shoulders. Extend both legs behind you tucking your toes under. Keep your hips in line with your shoulders.

Weighted straight leg sit up

Holding a dumbbell with both hand extend your arms above your chest. Legs should be straight. Engage your core to to slowly bring your upper body above your hips.
