Not only is our photographer Jesse amazing at capturing beautiful shots he also is a bit of a health and fitness buff himself - as well as a former PT!
Here is a bit more about Jesse!
A little about me and how I became a photographer-
Well, my previous profession was a personal fitness trainer, which I did for 13 years. One of my clients was the comedian/actor Russell Brand and for my birthday one year he bought me a copy of Photoshop and Photoshop lessons from the WME (William Morris Endeavor) agencies' in-house graphic designer. Once I learned how to use the program I used it everyday and asked my friends for raw files to work with, taking some of my own with the very little equipment that I had. A year later I was invited to Russell and Katy Perry's wedding in India and my roommate happened to be a well know party photographer named Mark Hunter AKA 'The Cobra Snake'. I asked him lots of questions and was really fascinated by his work because he made photography look really easy. When I got home I watched a ton of YouTube videos about various cameras and eventually bought my first DSLR and learned how to use it from watching YouTube tutorials and practicing photography daily.
Because I love fitness and I love fashion. Also its great to be able to inspire people to be active through images that I create.
What are my favorite shooting locations-
I love the cliffs in Malibu, the historic district in DTLA (Broadway), and pretty much any rooftop in any city.
What's my active life mantra-
Two things; 'Make it Happen' and 'Do something active everyday.'
How do I stay active every day-
I either go hiking in Griffith Park or Runyon canyon or I take a indoor cycling classes at Soul Cycle or Flywheel. I have to admit it was easier to stay active when I worked in a gym. I rely heavily on my mantra to get my workouts in!

how do I nourish my body-
I try to make sure I drink lots of water and get plenty of sleep.
what is my next vacation-
That's coming up! I'm going to Italy for work on an Armed Forces Tour in June and I extended my trip after the job is done to explore and take photos.
whats on my bucket list-
Visit Paris, ride in a hot air balloon, and see the Northern Lights.
