Dessert for breakfast! We say yes! You have probably heard that breakfast is the most important meal of the day...and it is. But it is also important to do more than just eat breakfast, but to eat a healthy source of protein to keep you full, help your muscles recover (if you've done a big workout the day before) and kickstart your metabolism.

What you need:
1 cup of frozen pineapple
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup of frozen strawberries
1 scoop of protein powder (we love Nuzest - Strawberry flavour)
