Feel Stronger and Happier with Noa's Favourite Workout

This month we want women to celebrate their strength, but we also know that there will be moments when you're not feeling strong or flawsome. At Vie Active we think exercise is the best medicine for improving our mood and making us feel stronger, confident and happier.

So we asked our co founder Noa to share her favourite workout:

Noa - A run or a walk by the ocean with great music is the simplest way to feel stronger and happier.
If I have some time to add in some strength moves here's my quick workout:
50 seconds effort for each exercise, 10 second rest 
    • Pushups
    • Lunge jumps
    • Super low body weight squats
    • Dips
    • Burpees
      repeat 2-3 times!
      This workout can take anywhere from 10 minutes to as long as you want depending on how many times you want to do the strength moves and how long the run is for making it perfect for busy women and mums!
