Tell us a little bit about yourself?
I live in L.A. and like everyone who moves here I love our weather and the fact that there is always something new to do-it’s impossible to be bored in L.A. My career as a professional dancer naturally lead me to fitness when I was in college.

How do you live an active life & what’s your favourite way to stay fit?
LEKFit workouts! I do my cardio and sculpting classes at least 5 times a week. When I am not teaching, I love to run and dance.
What is your favourite thing to do on the weekend?
Spend time with my family.
What’s your style like when you’re not working out?
Vintage Levi’s (RE/DUN), white tee or tank and black booties.
Tell us about your eating habits?  
I am a pescetarian so I don’t eat meat but I will eat fish. I try to avoid dairy and anything with ingredients I can’t pronounce or I don’t recognize . However, I am huge believer in eating anything you want in moderation. When I was pregnant with my son, I craved turkey burgers so I ate meat until I was done breast-feeding.  
How do you find balance?
I focus on one thing at a time.
What does living an active life mean to you?
Moving my body daily and eating as clean and healthy as possible without feeling deprived.
What’s your top workout tactic?
Always mix things up!
What do you look for in activewear?
Feel and fit. The fabric needs to feel good on my body and if I’m going to wear it for multiple classes and clients, it has to keep its shape and dry quickly.

I can get my best workout before my body is fully aware of what is going on.

Warm-up, leg sculpting, trampoline cardio, arms with 3-5lbs weights, abs, cool-down

Avocado toast on whole grain sprouted bread, fruit with almond butter, coffee with almond milk
What’s your ultimate healthy meal?
Grilled salmon with steamed spinach and asparagus.
What are your makeup must-haves? 
Dior Show mascara

My iPod

Best active holiday you’ve ever taken:
What totally relaxes you?
A massage while on vacation.

What’s your biggest vice?
Shoe shopping.
What was the last thing you recommended to a friend?
