Top 10 things always in my gym bag!
- Coconut water to hydrate
- Some sort of green superfood powder like Vital Greens or NuZest (great to have post workout to protect body from stress which you just put your body under.
- New outfit to change into
- Bare Blends protein powder in cacao (pretty amazing with coconut water too!) ideally consumed 20 minutes post strength workouts
- My iPhone (never far from my side!)
- Lip balm
- Some sort of raw treat I have made (this is currently my fav )
- A bunch of hair bands – nothing worse that hair in your face when exercising
- Deodorant. For obvious reasons!
