Guest Post: Lee Sutherland from Fitness in the City

Every workout is different and as my days are getting increasingly full I have to be smart with my time. If I only have 30 minutes then I am going to make it count!! For instance today I did a HIIT circuit and alternative the work/rest time (ie 50 sec work, 20 sec rest, then 50 sec work, 10 sec rest etc):

Box jumps

Ring pulls

Bosu push ups (one hand on bosu, the other on the ground)

Resistance band sprints

I also aim to fit in as much incidental exercise as possible like walks with the pup.
